About our process.

Every order is custom crafted to your specifications.

SYS Custom Etching and Engraving, LLC uses a Laser, which  is especially good on soft materials and wood.  Designs, pictures, etc are absolutely perfect on a wood stock.

Due to the nature of the orders, a 50% deposit is required for work to begin. The balance will be charged when the order ships.

TO ORDER ENGRAVING AND PRICES;

Because of the many variations of engraving, it's hard to give accurate pricing, until we first see an example or talk with you on the project.  Price is dependent on size and detail of the design.

First send us a photo of your gun and a photograph or sketch of what type of design and style you would like.  We can accept pictures in all standard image formats.  We will then send you a proof and quote for work.  No work will be done until you approve the quote. Upon signed approval of the proof, send us your stock or barrel and deposit.

Delivery - on engraving averages approximately 2-3 weeks.

Orders are shipped via UPS and Fed EX with freight and handling charges added to the invoice. Charges for shipping and handling are based on the total amount of your order. Estimates are available on request. If a different shipper is requested, you must supply your courier account number. An additional handling charge of $3.50 per box will be added to the invoice. Air shipments must be confirmed in writing.

A 6% Sales Tax will be charged to orders in MI.

 RIFLE ETCHING

We prefer that only the stock is sent if that is the only part being etched.

RIFLE ENGRAVING

When the barrel is being engraved, the firing mechanism must be removed when sent.
