BREAKAGE AND CLAIMS;

Due to the nature of the products involved, breakage may occur. 

 

SYS Custom Etching and Engraving, LLC is not responsible for damage caused during shipping. We recommend that all items sent to us be insured through your shipper.

 

All claims for damaged goods must first be made with the carrier. Then notify our Customer Service Department. Any claims for goods received with damage must be made within 5 days of receipt of shipment.

 The items purchased are not returnable unless received damaged. Please send a photo of the damaged packaging and/or product.

Terms and Conditions;

All Orders require a 50% deposit for work to begin. Balance due prior to shipment.

SYS Custom Etching and Engraving, LLC is not liable for hidden structural damage on Stocks and Barrels.
